Pensions aren't Snazzy but NEST Makes Them Easy

Under the Pensions Act 2008, every employer in the UK must put certain staff into a pension scheme and contribute towards it. This is called ‘automatic enrolment’. If you employ at least one person you are an employer and you have certain legal duties. NEST ensures that your business is compliant with this process.

Auto enrolment explained

Auto enrolment into a workplace pension is a way to save for your retirement with your employer’s help. The UK government introduced auto enrolment in 2012 after they found many people had very small, or no, pension savings other than their State Pension.
